Le projet est n\u00e9 en 2016, apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de l&rsquo;occupation de Balzi Rossi en 2015 avec le collectif No Borders, pour consolider une pr\u00e9sence continue \u00e0 Vintimille (ville frontali\u00e8re). Les principales activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es consistent \u00e0 suivre ce qui se passe, les violences, la mobilisation, &#8230;. Partager l\u2019information dirig\u00e9e aux personnes en transit \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re sur leurs droits, le voyage, apporter du soutien mat\u00e9riel et concret (v\u00eatements, t\u00e9l\u00e9phones, recharge, douches,) et enfin communiquer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>O\u2019Tchala\u00ef<\/strong> explore le vaste univers des musiques et des chansons des Balkans et Tsiganes ; de Bucarest \u00e0 Sofia,\u00a0 d\u2019Odessa \u00e0 Thessalonique,\u00a0 ce quartet\u00a0 cr\u00e9e des\u00a0 atmosph\u00e8res de grands espaces enneig\u00e9s ou de petits bistrots confin\u00e9s ; le vent y souffle et on chante, on rit, on pleure, on\u00a0 aime, on se\u00a0 d\u00e9chire et se retrouve, la vie donc !<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Tchala\u00ef &#8230; Si vous voyez\u00a0 ce nom sur une affiche, pr\u00e9cipitez-vous !<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pur bonheur de chevaucher le vent \u00e0 travers les\u00a0 \u00e9toiles, de retrouver des parfums d\u2019adolescence, s\u2019\u00e9chapper du quotidien morose, faire l\u2019amour avec l\u2019univers, aller \u00e0 la rencontre du nomade en chacun de nous !
